The center failed to post the capacity for each activity/interest area. 1 out of 7 classrooms failed to post the capacity for each activity/interest area. (Early NM Pre-K.) 1. On 1/27/25, the Admin Staff created capacities to post in each activity area. This has been corrected onsite. 2. Effective 1/27/25, the Educators will check classroom and activity areas capacity postings every quarter to ensure they are always posted and to maintain ongoing compliance with Licensing requirements. The equipment are not in good repair as evidenced by surface of potty chair is torn. 1. 8/20/24- Immediate- Director discarded chair 2. 8/20/24- Preventive- Director will place order for new chair 3. 8/20/24- Maintain_- Director will use monthly checklist to ensure items are in good condition. Preschool Classroom 8.9.4.29.A.1.:A center will keep the premises, including furniture, fixtures, floors, drinking fountains, toys and equipment clean, safe, and in good repair. The center and premises will be free of debris and potential hazards. Finding The ceiling tiles are not in good repair as evidenced by tiles are stained. The premises in the infant classroom are not safe in that bottles and pacifier were left on changing table. Changing tables are to be used only for diaper changes. Director spoke with the educators and the bottles and pacifier were removed from changing table surface. Corrected onsite.
