From the review of staff records, it was determined that 2 out of 13 staff does/do not have documentation of the 3 credit ECE or an approved equivalent within 12 months of employment. On 4/15/25 the director will meet with the educators to schedule required trainings On 4/16/25 the director will ensure that staff complete required trainings within required time frame. On 4/16/25 the director will meet with the education manager to schedule staff file review dates on her calendar to monitor monthly through December 2025. The director will send verification of corrections to licensing. 8.9.4.23.B.2.b.:All new educators regardless of the number of hours employed per week [will] shall complete the following training within three months of their date of hire. Training must be approved by ECECD to fulfill the following requirements. Approved trainings and substitutions will be listed on the ECECD’s website.
