Children under the age of two were permitted to watch videos on a tablet while an educator changed a child's diaper. Immediate: On 4/3/25, the Director has informed staff on the regulations regarding media use. Licensing will conduct an onsite follow-up by 9/29/25, to verify children under 2 years old are not viewing media. Preventative: Effective 4/3/25, the Staff has not allowed media use for children under the age of 2.The Director has made a posted reminder in the classrooms for children under 2 years old.
