Pillows are used in cribs. On 4/22/2025 provider will empty out crib free of pillows. On going provider will check daily and ensure that nothing is placed inside the cribs. Finding The home does not have a crib for each infant in care that is in good repair and that meets federal standards. The home has 1 cribs that meet requirements and evacuation wheels are needed. There was no record of each child's arrival and departure time and dates of attendance initialed by a parent, guardian, or person authorized to pick up the child. On 11/13/2024 provider will make new sign in and out form and ask parents to sign at drop off and pick up. The home does not have a record of inoculations for a pet dog, cat in the home. On 11/13/2024 provider will contact vet office to request records of inoculations for dog. Provider will call to schedule appointment for the cat to get inoculations. Moving forward, provider will set an alarm appointment reminder on her phone for when the inoculations are due.
