The center combines age groups of children. The required group size for the Age in group: six years and older - Maximum group size: 30 , Age in group: three through five years - Maximum group size: 28 . The observed group size was 13 School-age & 1 Preschool child. . Immediate - On 3/13/2026 Center had 4 year old child relocated to appropriate Classroom for 3 to 5 year olds. Preventative - Eff 3/13/2026 preschool age children will only be permitted into authorized/approved Preschool classrooms, and children ages 3 to 5 will not be permitted to engage/group with School-age children age 5 to 12. Monitoring - Cafeteria is only used for snack times, if 4 year old children are not allowed in the cafeteria, snack time will occur in the classroom only effective 3/13/2026. Pending ECECD approval. Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: Health and Safety Training ( 1 out of _ Staff), child development course that addresses all major domains of child development ( 1 out of 3 Staff) Immediate - Director will have educator enrolled to complete missing trainings on or by 9/11/2025. Preventative - Effective 8/12/2025 director will schedule follow ups prior to educators 3 month anniversaries to ensure all required training are completed within required time frame. Monitoring - Director will use digital reminders to follow up with educators prior to thier 3 month anniversaries.
