The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by torn mesh on windows, all playgrounds.. Immediate -Director will submit a work order to have window mesh on playgrounds fixed. Work order will be submitted on or by 9/26/2025. Preventative - Director will contact program maintenance to discuss changing the materials around the windows to a more durable material.
