The toys are not in good repair as evidenced by broken playhouse and broken play kitchen.. Immediate Action: Director removed broken toys from the playground. The equipment are not in good repair as evidenced by emergency lighting not in working order. 8/8/24 Director will submit a work order to have lights replaced. Director will add to classroom checklist to ensure lights are working. Director will monitor the classrooms to ensure that light bulbs are replaced right away. Early Pre-K 8.9.4.29.A.1.:A center will keep the premises, including furniture, fixtures, floors, drinking fountains, toys and equipment clean, safe, and in good repair. The center and premises will be free of debris and potential hazards. Finding The ceiling tiles are not in good repair as evidenced by water stains. Corrective Action Plan 8/8/24 Director will submit a work order to have tiles replaced. Director will add to classroom checklist to check tiles. Director will monitor the classrooms to ensure that stains are replaced right away.
