The premises in the toddler playground are not clean as evidenced by trash, spider webs, and pigeon feather . Immediate: The Director ordered a power washer to clean playground. It will be here next week 9/25/25. The webs, trash and pigeon feathers will be cleaned up today. Preventive: The Director will add it the playground inspection list. The center does not have emergency lighting that turns on automatically when electrical service is disrupted. The director put a workorder in to get emergency light fixed when licensing was conducting visit. The director will check all emergency lights daily to ensure all emergency lights are working. The director will add it to her Outlook calendar and has an alarm on her cell phone.
