The home does not have a record of inoculations for a pet dog in the home. Immediate: On 1/13/2026 provider will locate the two dog inoculations. Preventative: Beginning 1/13/2026 provider will make sure all inoculations are placed in the file. Water coming from a faucet was not below 110 degrees (Fahrenheit). On 01/15/2025, provider will have her husband lower the water heater temperature and an on-site visit by department will follow. On 01/15/205, provider will keep water heater temperature on a lower setting and check monthly to make sure it hasn't been altered. Provider also plans to buy a below deck water mixing valve to regulate the temperature.
