The center does not provide a clearly labeled individual bed, cot or mat for each child to ensure each child uses the same items between washing. (RM #2 and RM #12) 1. On 4/7/25, the Assistant Director created a cot chart for both classrooms to label cots for individual use. THIS WAS CORRECTED ONSITE. 2. Effective 4/7/25, the Educators will check the cots chart every quarter to ensure all children have a labeled cot and to maintain ongoing compliance with licensing requirements. Electrical outlets within reach of children in the Fours (RM #8) are not safety outlets and they do not have protective covers. 1. On 4/7/25, the Director covered the outlets with protective covers. THIS WAS CORRECTED ONSITE. 2. Effective 4/7/7/25, the Educators will inspect outlets and ensure they are covered at close time. This will be added to the closing task list to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.

The center does not have verification of an annual fire inspection from the fire authority having jurisdiction. Center Director will schedule an inspection with the Fire Marshall.
