The center failed to keep a training log on file with Clock hours for 4 out of 9 staff. See Staff Records 8.9.4.23 form for staff who are missing a complete training log. By 10/25/24 the Director will fill in the training logs with training hours. Effective 10/22/24 the Director will check the logs with educators quarterly to ensure they have all training hours. 8.9.4.23.B.2.b.:All new educators regardless of the number of hours per week will complete the following training within three (3) months of their date of hire.
