8.9.4.23 · A PERSONNEL AND STAFFING REQUIREMENTS
The center allowed 1 of 6 employees involved in an incident which would disqualify that employee under the department's most current version of the Background Check and Employment History Verification Provisions pursuant to 8.8.3 NMAC to continue to work directly or unsupervised with children. Immediate: On 8/12/25 Director will send Employee to redo finger prints. Director sent in Background check for expired employee 3 months ago and has had back and forth emails with corrections, On 8/11/25 she received email to have Finger Prints completed again being to much time has went by. Preventative: on 8/12/25 Director will Continue to set Reminders to check documents at end of school year. Monitoring: This Week Director will Place reminders in School Outlook calendar.
