The center failed to conduct an emergency preparedness practice drills for at least once a quarter. The provider will ensure that the emergency preparedness drills are conducted quarterly and the needed make up drill for the first quarter. 8.9.4.29.H.3.d.:a center will keep a record of the fire drills and emergency preparedness practice drills with the date, time, number of adults and children participating, and any problems encountered during the fire drill on file for at least 12 months; Finding The center’s record of fire drill was not retained for at least 12 months. The center failed to make a report to the licensing authority within 24 hours after the incident occurred regarding legal action against the center or staff related to the care and custody of children, any incident that could affect the background check eligibility of any cleared person related to this license.
