Immediate - Director will have all educators complete Safe Spaces and Places to Grow and Learn (3 hours) on quorum. Preventative - Director will ensure staffing is sufficient to ensure staff are always in the same areas as the children. Director will also go as a group to get water/to the restrooms ensuring children are not left outside or in a classroom without an educator present.
