8.9.4.29 · A HOUSEKEEPING
The equipment are not in good repair as evidenced by the boat sandbox lid is cracked and posses a safety hazzard. The large playstructure has large area of peeling paint, and the Little Tikes slide on the north portion of the playground is cracked. . Director and assistant will peel the paint off the playstructure and seal the wood with a clear sealant. Director will remove both the lid and the slid from the playground and place in dumpster. Director all ready has a outcheck list in place.

Water coming from a faucet is above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Reading on thermometer was 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Director will let church office know that the waterheater need adjustment. Director will follow-up with maintence and let the Pastor know.

The center does not have emergency lighting that turns on automatically when electrical service is disrupted. Emergency lights in hallways did not come on when tested. Condact the church office today to change the light bulbs. The center does not have verification of an annual fire inspection from the fire authority having jurisdiction. EXPIRED 9/6/24 On 9/11/24 the Director spoke to the front office to ask about the fire inspection. The director was told that fire inspection was completed, but the report was not emailed to the center yet. Effective 9/11/24 the Director or front desk will request a visit from the Fire Marshall one month prior to the center's expiration.
