The child(ren) in the 2 yr. old class room(s) was/were left unattended when a child was left unattended in the playground for aproximatly six minutes.. On 1/11/2025 Director placed the two educators on administrative leave. On 1/22/2025 educators were given a performance coaching form as a written reprimand. Director stated that a training will be held for all educators to go over how to do name to face. Proof of training will be submitted to licensing for review on or before 2/24/2025 Center will continue to implement name to face to prevent this from happening again.
