Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: Health and Safety Training ( 1 out of 5 Staff) Immediate - Director will pair up with educator to check if trainings have been completed. If trainings have been completed certificates will be printed and placed in educators file. If educator has not completed classes educator will be enrolled to complete classes on or by 12/24/2025. Preventative -Effective 11/25/2025 Director will use the ECECD CCDF Mandatory training requirement flyer when enrolling new educators in required trainings. Monitoring - Director will continue to review staff records quarterly and will use the ECECD Staff checklist to ensure all trainings are completed.
