The home does not have all educators certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with a pediatric component. 8.9.4.31 · B Capacity of a Home

The home is caring for 7 children with no second educator present. On 07/09/24, provider immediately arrived to her home to assist secondary provider. On 07/09/24, provider stated she is going to adjust her care hours and possibly reduce the number of hours on Saturdays so that she is able to run errands as necessary and still have enough coverage for the children. Provider stated she will always make sure there are two providers present when needed so that capacity is not exceeded. Provider stated she will write the ages of each child present when they arrive to her home, either on her sign in sheet or a separate sheet of paper so that the ratio can be viewed at all times. She plans to review this at least three times a day and when each time a new child arrives.
