Guidance being used by staff in the Preschool 4's-5's room(s) is not positive and does not include redirection and clear limits to encourage the child's ability to become self-disciplined. Educator was observed redirecting two children as they were arguing and as one was stating his case for why he was acting the way he was, Educator stated "I don't care!" Director will instruct educator to use positive redirection and appropriate language. Director will ensure that this new educator takes trainings on appropriate ways to handle redirection
