Corrective Action Plan Will talk with parent today to let them know how important it is to sign in and out on a daily basis. Will see by speaking with the parents where it is more convenient to leave the forms to be signed. The home failed to conduct an emergency preparedness practice drills for at least once a quarter. Will set a reminder on phone for the next quarter which is July.
