Ensure that the center operates within its licensed capacity at all times; wherein 36 children were present and the licensed capacity is 30. 4/26/23- Unable to abate violation as 40 children were present at the time of inspection. 5/15/23-Unable to abate violation as 40 children were present at the time of inspection. 6/7/23- Unable to abate violation as 41 children were present at the time of inspection.
