The named staff pulled a named child over to the rug and ignored his distress. Additionally, the named staff forcefully cleaned the named child's face 4 different times, used the named hands to hit his own face several times, and smacked the named child's face with the palms of her hands. The named staff was also seen grabbing, pulling and handling the children roughly. A 2nd named staff grabbed a named child's legs and pulled her backwards almost 5 feet while the named child was lying face down on the ground.
