On 9/6/2022 the center illegally relocated to 733 Passaic Avenue, Clifton, NJ. At the time of the investigation, the program was caring for 59 children, including 37 children under 2.5 years. Additionally, 21 of the 37 children under 2.5 years were in the basement which is prohibited. A subsequent reinspection on 9/9/2022 revealed that the program continued to illegally operate at the unlicensed facility with 57 children in attendance. The program was providing care for 38 children below the age of 2.5 years old, and 5 of these children were being cared for in the basement. This location was previously licensed by the Office of Licensing, limiting the amount of children below the age of 2.5 years old to 14 children, restricted to the first floor only. The program was exceeding the limitations by 23 additional children. On 9/12/2022, a reinspection confirmed that the program moved back to their licensed facility at 482 Brook Avenue, Passaic, NJ where they were caring for a total of 63 children of which 44 children were under the age of 2.5 years old. The center is licensed for 53 children with a maximum of 22 children under the age of 2.5 years old, exceeding both the licensed capacity by 10 children and the children under the age of 2.5 years old by 22 children.
