At the time of inspection, children were observed walking while eating, grabbing other children's food and drinks, climbing on shelving, and being physically aggressive with one another. Staff were attempting to manage the classroom and behaviors, however, were not able to properly supervise the group as they had their backs turned to the children many times while tending to other children or cleaning tasks. Administrative staff sent another staff member to assist when it was brought to their attention. 5-22-2025: At the time of inspection a child was observed taking items out of a drawer that had two pairs of adult scissors in it. A staff member was unaware that the child had gotten into the drawer, however did intervene when it was brought to her attention.
