At this time OOL center sponsor/director will submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) indicating that a 1:2 ratio will be maintained for the currently enrolled children under the age of 2.5 in the basement, and that the ratio will remain in place until the youngest child reaches the age of 2.5 years. Additionally, the center shall indicate in the MOU that no more children under the age of 2.5 years will be enrolled and placed in the basement classroom.
