On the day of the inspection the sidewalk adjacent to the building has been closed off due to construction. An alternate sidewalk was created in the street and protected with cement barriers. The cement barriers do not continue to an existing driveway which would allow the center to climb back onto the open sidewalk with evacuation cribs and strollers. Additionally, a car was observed blocking the opening and therefore impeding the path completely. The locals were contacted to report the blocked egress. The locals stated that the property owners doing the construction would be contacted to eradicate the blocked egress appropriately.
