Inadequate procedures for expulsion; Inadequate procedures for expulsion - The center did not follow their expulsion policy when expelling a named child on multiple occasions. The center did not provide incident reports or other documentation related to the reason for expulsion and were just told the child was too emotional. The week prior to the expulsion, the named child had received 17 out of 20 stickers on her behavior chart. After expelling the child originally in March, they allowed the child to return and then expelled the child again with 12 days left of school without any notes regarding the child's behavior. The director indicated notes weren't necessary because it would be more of the same. There was not an adequate time frame provided as per the policy. Additionally, the child's twin was also expelled without any reason. Center not meeting the needs of the child; Center not meeting the needs of the child - The center did not follow the child's behavior plan which was provided by the parent to assist the named child. When questioned, the parent was told the staff didn't need to follow it because they are well educated.
