A call to the monitoring company was made and they could not confirm if a signal could be received and advised the center to send a test signal so that they could confirm if they were getting a signal. Center staff did not know how to send a test signal. At this time, no children were present in the building. Sponsor rep stated a technician would be there at 10am to fix the panel. Submit a picture of the working fire panel and email from the monitoring company stating the fire panel is in working order by 1pm on 11/19/2025.
