At the time of the inspection, there were expired epi pens, inhalers and medication, epi pens without the original prescription box, children without health care plans and there was a child without a second epi pen as required. 3/4/26 Provide additional medication per health care plans for 3 named children.

At the time of the inspection, a staff sent a child out into the hallway to fill their water bottle and the child waa unsupervised and multiple preschool children were observed using the bathrooms while staff remained in the hallway when they are required to directly supervise them while using the bathroom.
