On the day of the inspection observation indicated that the center has been transporting elementary school children in a van that is not compliant. It is registered and titled in New York. It does not have an S2 license plate as required. Center is to immediately cease all transportation until they can fully comply with all NJ motor vehicle bus transportation requirements. Center shall submit a sponsor signed MOU to OOL indicating that transportation has been ceased until full compliance can be executed.
