Per the Updated COVID-19 Standards- Child Care Centers staff shall be required to ensure that staff do not co-mingle with other groups of children while out on the playground. Observation on the day of inspection indicated that staff were working with and helping different groups of children. Staff can only co-mingle between groups if they are fully vaccinated and vaccination cards are readily available at this time of inspection.
