The center is located within a large community center, which had many people from the public inside utilizing the facility. The center must ensure that all classrooms and bathrooms that are used towards center's licensed capacity are inaccessible and secured from the public utilizing the community center. Additionally, the multipurpose rooms, which are approved center spaces and used towards the center's licensed capacity, were observed being used by the community center during inspection. The center must either secure those spaces and ensure that they are not used by the community center during the center's operating hours, or have the rooms removed from the center's licensed space/capacity. Submit a Plan of Action to the OOL detailing steps center will take to ensure compliance and include timeframes for completion. 5/20/25-MOU received from center. Violation remains open for observation of compliance. 7.8.25-MPR 2 doors were open and members in the facility had access to the licensed space. MPR 1 was being utilized by the community. 9/19/25-3 classroom doors were observed either open or unlocked, allowing public access to the center space. 11/14/25-Multi purpose rooms removed from center's license, they will now be used as field trips with signed permission slips as needed. Classroom doors were observed propped open. Center must ensure that those doors are secured. Center to submit an MOU to OOL detailing steps taking to build security and ensure space remains secured from the community center occupants.
