At the time of inspection, one classroom was registering 67 degrees, another classroom registering at 61 degrees and the hallways and bathrooms were observed to be even colder. Center reported that one HVAC system wasn't working. Center began contacting HVAC companies to service the facility and began contacting parents to pick up the children early. Center to provide a Memorandum of Understanding to the OOL stating that the center will not operate until the heat is restored and fully functional and inspection is completed by OOL. 1/28/26-MOU received, school remains closed until HVAC is fixed and OOL inspection. 1/29/26-HVAC repaired, OOL inspection confirmed heat is restored in all areas of the center. Center approved to open 1/30/26.
