4/28/25 10 children in attendance, 2 staff. Staff to child ratio 1.64. Brittany had been released for a lunch break since Tessah was present. Met with Tessah. She stated both staff were not being honest with her about the disagreement between the two that resulted in the reported concern.. One of the staff are no longer working She also stated that the disagreement was so disruptive that medical staff and patient that were in a room above the day care could hear yelling. Tessah also stated that staff had not kept her informed about days in the past when there was inadequate staff. JP
