75-03-09-19 · . Minimum requirements regarding space.-Each group child care shall provide adequate indoor and outdoor space for the daily activities of all children within the licensed capacity of the group child care. 1. There must be a minimum of thirty-five square feet [3.25 square meters] of appropriate indoor space per child in the group child care. Indoor space considered must exclude bathrooms, pantries, passageways leading to outdoor exits, areas occupied by furniture or appliances that children should not play on or under, and space that children are not permitted to occupy.

Legal names of the child's parents, and current business and personal telephone numbers where they can be reached; c. Names and telephone numbers of individuals who may assume responsibility for the child if the individuals legally responsible for the child cannot be reached immediately in an emergency; d.
