75-03-09-09 · . Staffing requirements.-4. The provider of a group child care shall ensure that the group child care is sufficiently staffed at all times to meet the child and staff ratios for children in attendance, and that no more children than the licensed capacity are served at one time.
During a relicensing visit, it was realized that Carla didn't have any children that were school-age; therefore, she could not claim a Family license status. Her ratio waiver had expired last July. Therefore, she must follow the Group License child to staff mixed ratio of 1.34. She was at 1.44 child to staff ratio.
