During the concern visits, video evidences were shown for the following: During outdoor play, staff were observed sitting on the bench away not ready to intervene immediately in the event of health and safety for all children. In indoor classroom, staff were observed that they did not have awareness of all children especially children that were playing behind shelves and did not scan the room for addressing potential issues or behavior of children.
