Require written permission to dispense medication and proper instructions for the administration of medication obtained from the parent of a child in the group child care who requires medication. a. Medication prescribed by a medical provider must be accompanied by the medical provider's written instructions as to dosage and storage, and labeled with the child's name and date. b.
