On 8/12/2025, an unnaounced visit was conducted by Licensing Specialist. It was noted that during my visit, the provider had a ratio of 1.52 with only one staff member present. I explained to provider that she MUST be at a 1.34 points or less with only one provider. I observed provider call a parent of child for them to be picked up so she can be in compliance with ratio guidelines.

When conducting my visit on 1/5/2024, the provider was over ratio. I physically sat at the childcare and watched children leave to bring the provider back within ratio. I did not complete a seperate reinspection visit since i witnessed corrections during annual audit visit.
