During an unannounced visit on 8/12/24 it was confirmed that 2 staff under the age of 18 were not under adult supervision. Upon arrival a staff member under the age of 18 was alone with several children on the upper level. During this visit 1 staff under the age of 18 was with an adult on the lower level but then went to the upper level to assist the other staff who is under 18 years of age. Both staff under 18 remained on the upper level while an additional adult staff arrived to work and remained on the lower level with the other adult staff.
