While working on a renewal, it was brought up by the provider for having an emergency designee, T.S. Emergency designee's information was not uploaded into the portal at the time of visit, T.S also was not current on her CPR/AED/First Aid. It was discussed via email that T.S. started employment on 3/28/2025, while CPR card is dated 05/2025.
