During an unannounced visit conducted on 7/26/23. It was observed that providers measured space allows for 35 sq. ft per child. As provider is licensed for 12 children with an additional capacity of 2 School Age children during summer (ages 5-12), the total authorized capacity is 14 children. However, on the day of the unannounced visit (7/26/23), there were 15 children present, and one child was in the process of leaving as Licensing Specialist arrived, making a total of 16 children accounted for during visit. The correction order issued is based on this number of children that were present at the time.
