4-9-25 The provider, staff and I brainstormed how they can prevent this from happening again. They came up with that they would bring the children upstairs to the living room which is next to the kitchen so that the children would be supervised during lunch preparation. They would do this if there was only one person working that day. 4-10-25 reinspection completed. Everything looked good. This licenser saw that she had posted the correction order on her door.
