50-11.1-02 · .7-Family child care means a private residence licensed to provide early childhood services for no more than seven children at any one time, except that the term includes a residence licensed to provide early childhood services to two additional school-age children.

During a drop in visit that occurred on 8/26/25 at approximately 1030am the provider had 2 infants and 7 children under the age of 5, totaling 9 under 5 years of age. There were no school age children present at the time.
