The operator shall keep guns and ammunition in locked storage, each separate from the other, or shall use trigger locks. The operator shall ensure other weapons and dangerous sporting equipment, such as bows and arrows, are not accessible to children.

A staff member had dropped an iron pill on the floor on 9/10/25 while cleaning out her personal bag and was not aware of it. A child found the pill on 9/11/25 on the floor and put the pill in their mouth. The child was found by a staff actively playing with a blue coloring around the childs mouth possibly from drool or the coating from the pill. The child did not swallow as it was found on the floor.
