During an unannounced visit on 5/2/24 at approximately 1005 am the program had 28 children that represented 4.79 points. At the time of the visit there were 4 staff present which allows for a maximum of 4.34 points to be cared for. The provider indicated that a staff recently left and she thought she was okay.
