During the unannounced it was discover that a helper did not have completed fingerprints A parent called with a concern that her 6 year old daughter picked up her sister from child care with out a parent there. The 3 year old was released to the 6 year old. The children had to cross HWY 5 twice to get home. Valerie confirmed this happened during an unannounced visit with licensing specialist and CPS.
