During my unannounced concern visit, I observed some safety issues in the back fenced-in play area where children were present: 1. Wooden Pallets with Exposed Screws: Multiple wooden pallets were left in the play area, some with screws sticking out—posing a serious injury risk. 2. Broken Items: There were various broken items scattered throughout the space, including chair backs, a damaged tote, and several broken toys. (The teacher and children did remove these items when I was there.) 3. Hole in the Ground from children digging: A decent size hole was present in the middle of play area, creating a tripping hazard.
