Ms. Bockheim grabbed a child by their wrists and pulled on their arms to bring to the sink to wash hands. When assisting to wash the child's hands in the sink Ms. Bockheim was forcefully washing them. The child was not able to move and was pushed up against the sink with Ms. Bockheim's body. The child was yelling "Stop" and "ow". When the child ran away Ms. Bockheim grabbed the child by the collar of their shirt and pulled him back. Ms. Bockheim grabbed/picked up some children by the Biceps rather than around the truck of their bodies.

Ms. Bockheim told a little girl to stop crying in an intimidating way by getting down on the floor and addressing her right in her face. Children were telling Ms. Bockheim, "No Stop, "ow", and "I don't like that" as she was trying to redirect them. At the lunch table when a child was not eating their food, Ms. Bockheim came towards them glaring a one child. The child turned their head away and said "I'm scared". Ms. Bockheim pulled the child off the bench by their arm.
