Any vehicle used for transporting children must be in safe operating condition and in compliance with state and local laws.
On unannounced visit it was noticed that additional seatbelts had been installed in the maroon 15 passenger van. Because this is a modification to the original way the vehicle was manufactured, certification by the vehicle manufacture is needed to ensure the vehicle is in compliance with state and local laws.
